Problem Statement:

UN agencies working across varied regions faced a key challenge: delivering standardized training programs that were both scalable and adaptable to local contexts. Addressing this need, a large-scale initiative was launched to enhance institutional governance, ethics, and professional capacity across UN-affiliated organizations.

Our Solution:

Spanning over 30 countries, the programs trained more than 50,000 professionals between 2015 and 2022. These efforts significantly improved skill certification rates, team collaboration, and workforce retention across participating agencies.
